Duties include but are not limited to:
Develop a research plan, analyze results of existing plans and offer marketing strategies.
Collect customer demographic information and marketing data through questionnaires, surveys, focus groups, and social media.
Utilize research from industry, associations, statisticians and marketing experts to identify trends.
Generate reports and analyze data using various tools like charts, graphs and explanatory text.
Utilize reports to identify potential new products or services.
Develop marketing programs to promote new and existing products and services using, direct mail and social media.
Track performance and develop measurement tools and controls to successfully identify and assess marketing performance and needs.
Participates in the planning and organization of special events and promotions (i.
e.
players club parties) Participates in cross-organizational activities to improve gaming performance.
Leads department toward continuous process improvement.
Requirements:
B.
S.
Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communication, Business or related field.
Experience may be considered in lieu of education.
2-3 years of experience performing market research studies and reporting results from start to finish.
Familiarity with advanced statistical analysis and research methodologies.
Excellent computer knowledge with advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally throughout all levels of an organization as well as with customers of various backgrounds.
Advanced organizational, problem solving, critical thinking and time management skills.
Must be able to obtain a Class III Gaming License.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
